We posses a testing laboratory which includes UNIVERSAL TESTING MACHINES 60 M.tonn Capacity and hardness tester to ensure high level of accuracy in the tests conducted on the finished range. Some of the testing gadgets used in the process comprises ring & plug gauges, vernier calipers micrometer & slip gauges. Furthermore, all these testing gadgets are periodically checked, calibrated and approved by agencies. The finalized products are tested on following parameters:

Our Manufacturing Unit

Our company takes pride in possessing a high profile manufacturing unit which is self reliant with all the required equipment and machineries for manufacturing precision engineered range of fasteners. It is because of our sound infrastructural abilities, we are capable of feeding the bulk orders within the shortest possible time frame. We are also outfitted with facilities like cold forging units and hot forging units. The cold forging process enables us to achieve a better fatigue resistance with fillet radius and roll-formed threads from 6MM to 24 MM DIA. We have also set up modernized high temperature hot dip galvanizing ceramic bath furnace for smooth & accurate coating.
